No Guarantee of Recovery
We do not guarantee recovery outcomes. All probability assessments are based on available evidence and are provided in good faith. Clients engage our services understanding that results vary by case.
Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate information and cooperate with reasonable requests for documentation. Misrepresentation may void engagement terms.
Fees and Payment
Fee structures are defined in individual engagement letters. Assessment fees, investigation costs, and success-based components are itemised before any mandate is signed.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid for services rendered. We are not liable for losses arising from perpetrator actions, third-party non-cooperation, or circumstances beyond our control.
